Responsibility
Reported to operation manager/team leader on full responsibility on overseeing operation of assigned accounts
Take lead of customized solution proposal in response to clients' demand by coordinating with business team, frontline operation team and vendors
Ensure high performance with KPI fulfilled for entire operation team of the project
Initiate improvement plan and conduct training to delivery team
Manage profit and loss of assigned project and initiate potential cost control
Work 13:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday (off duty on public holidays)
Requirement
Degree holder (preferably graduates Business-related discipline).
At least 2 years of working experience is necessary
Experience of account management for bank clients will be an advantage
