We are looking for a Shipping Clerk that need to manage daily import and export operation. Coordinate with forwarders, factories and customers for arrange shipment booking & delivery. This role will be reporting directly in Shipping Manager.

Responsibilities:
Handle full set of Import and Export documents, L/C & bank document and Tradelink declaration
Follow up daily shipment, overseas order and booking arrangement
Issue Sales Contract and Purchase Order
Work closely with factories, forwarders, overseas agents, customers & co-loaders and ensure all process on time
Report to Shipping Manager

Requirement:
Form 3 above
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in shipping and operation
At least 3 years of experience of I/E and L/C documents in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a must
Familiar with MS Outlook, Word & Excel, English and Chinese word processing
Good command in English and Mandarin
Able to work independently, with high sense of responsibility
Willing to work under pressure and overtime
Immediately available is highly preferred
