Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, monitoring and adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Lead the development of marketing materials, including product websites, brochures, and introductory videos.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
Generate actionable insights from data analysis and present findings to senior management.
Drive the creation and implementation of innovative promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Liaise with the global marketing team to align local strategies with global objectives.
Perform any assigned ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minium of 3 years of experience in marketing, relevant work experience in supervisory role will be a definite advantage; experience in direct selling, healthcare or beauty industry is also beneficial
Able to work independently, self-motivated, result-oriented and has an eye for details
Excellent team player with good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Positive working attitude with passion
Good presentation skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
