Responsibilities:
Report to the Senior Manager - Lantau Yacht Club and be responsible for the security of the Club including access control, customer services and patrolling

Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Policy and Procedure (P&P) for the Club

Supervise the out-sourced security team

Requirements:
Diploma holder in related disciplines

Minimum 6 years or above relevant work experience

Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate

Holder of First Aid Certificate is preferable

Outstanding interpersonal communication skill, leadership and organizational skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required
