Responsibilities
Requirements
- Comply with Reliability Control Programs to meet the Company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Capture, analysis and dissemination of Reliability data including defects/pilot reports/components removals/ dispatch rates, etc.
- Provide HKA fleet reliability data to OEM as required
- Communicate with OEM and FTM service providers for HKA fleet reliability improvement
- Organize Reliability Working Group Meeting, and monitor the follow-up actions
- Prepare Reliability Report and issue Reliability Alert
- Review and comment Reliability Investigation Report
- Provide fleet operation data and reliability data for HKA AMS tasks optimization
- Keep improving AMS item base on the company fleet operation data
- Ad-hoc Fleet Technical Managements projects assigned by management
Requirements
- At least 2 years or above engineering/maintenance work experience or equivalent
- Degree in Engineering, Avionics, Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant diploma is preferred
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License is preferred
- Familiar with aircraft maintenance / operational manuals, or OEM documents
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient computer skills with database maintenance and MS applications
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
