Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of golf events & club activities

Provide administrative support for Golf Operations department

Prepare monthly report for management

Handle club members’ inquiries and requests with high service standard

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Associate Manager – Club & Golf Administration

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration or Hospitality Management

2 - 4 years working experience preferable in administration or golf club

Knowledge in membership policy, operation procedures, POS system is preferred

Initiative, willing to learn and good problem-solving skill

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

Working Location: Discovery Bay
