- 負責監管廚房運作，包括設計菜式、制訂工作流程，食物及衛生標準，及安排團隊工作
- 確保廚房運作安全暢順，提升效率及食物品質；在食物衞生及安全方面，均能符合公司的要求及法例的標準
- 督導廚房員工的表現和紀律，指導員工解決問題及改進表現
- 了解市場資訊，定時更新餐牌及設計菜式以迎合市場要求
- 定時滙報厨房運作及收支
- 嚴格控制成本，避免浪費，降低損耗
- 管理食材訂購和存貨，與採購部緊密合作，審視系統及流程
- 配合公司發展及執行相關安排
- 3年或以上日式餐廳工作經驗
- 有良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧，富創意構思及烹調不同菜式
- 具豐富設施管理，食品營養及衞生等餐飲業專業知識
- 具良好餐飲管理能力，及應變動能力
- 具良好人際溝通，培訓及督導技巧
- 具良好應變能力、有責任心
- 能讀寫中文及英文
