顧客服務大使 (寵物美容)

工作職責：
  • 為線上及線下客户解答查詢及安排預約
  • 解答客人疑問及投訴，為客戶提供專業客戶服務；
  • 負責店舖內日常運作, 貨品陳列及管理倉存,
  • 處理相關行政工作
職位要求:
  • 良好粵語, 一般普通話及英語讀寫,
  • 具客戶服務經驗 (具接聽熱線工作經驗者優先)
  • 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力
  • 有團隊合作精神，能同時處理多樣工作，主動及能獨立工作
  • 懂中英文打字(最低要求1分鐘打20個中文字)
  • 基本電腦程式應用，如MS Word及Excel
  • 曾從事寵物行業/ 對寵物產品有認識會優先考慮
  • 可即時上班者優先
工作時間：
  • 每天工作8小時﹝輪更﹞
  • 每月休息5天 ﹝輪休﹞
