NST Travel is a leading Destination Management Company in Greece located in Santorini, with branch offices in Athens and Naxos. We are passionate about accommodating the unique needs of our travelers with excellent and dedicated services, and looking for people who share the same vision to join our reservations team.
Jobs Description & Responsibilities:
-Planning, selling and implementation of itineraries
-Servicing all travel requests to the highest standards from enquiry to reconciliation including hotel, ground transportation, activities, tours, car rental and/or ancillary services.
-Dealing with post booking enquiries, rectifying any requested changes and efficiently processing reissues and refunds, where applicable.
-Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest possible standards at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in tourism, logistics, administration, management or related fields.
- Work Experience of at least 2 years in the area of Transport/Logistics/Travel with strong asset management skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- National driving license
