My Blossom Travel, part of the renowned Kennedys Group, is expanding and is seeking a highly skilled Ticketing Expert to join our Corporate Travel Department. Based in the prestigious Athens Riviera at Glyfada, this role offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make their mark in the corporate travel sector.

Position Overview:
As a Ticketing Expert, you will be responsible for handling all ticketing operations within our Corporate Travel Department. You will utilize your expertise in the SABRE or AMADEUS system and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide efficient and accurate ticketing services for our corporate clientele. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth travel arrangements for high-profile business clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end ticketing processes for corporate travel clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to booking policies.

Utilize SABRE and AMADEUS or other GDS platforms to issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets.

Provide expert advice on fare rules, ticketing restrictions, and itinerary changes.

Collaborate with the Business Travel team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Handle emergency ticketing and last-minute travel changes with speed and professionalism.

Assist with the management of corporate travel accounts, providing personalized travel solutions.

Negotiate with airlines and other service providers to secure the best rates, upgrades, and benefits for clients.

Maintain a high level of knowledge of international travel regulations and ticketing protocols.

Key Qualifications:
Location: Candidates must be based in Greece, with easy access to our office in Glyfada.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in airline ticketing, specifically in corporate or business travel settings.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in the SABRE or AMADEUS airline ticketing system is essential.

Familiarity with other GDS platforms (Galileo) and hotel/boat wholesale systems (such as Liknos,TBO) is highly valued.

Client-Focused: Ability to manage the needs of Leisure & Corporate clients, including high-net-worth individuals, with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Sales and Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with airlines and other service providers.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing bookings and ticketing details, ensuring flawless travel arrangements.

Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
