Project Support Officer | Permanent Contract | Athens or remote - GR

Your Mission
As a Project Support Officer within the PMO, you are administratively responsible for ensuring a smooth project start-up to final delivery to clients. You are also responsible for some complete administrative projects and follow them up with your functional manager.

Specifically:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and improve project-related processes.
• Provide administrative support for several internal projects.
• Create projects administratively, including setting up tools, opening time tracking lines, reporting, analysis, and managing documents.
• Implement regular progress reports on existing tools (SAP).
• Closely monitor project billing and follow up with delivery managers and accounting.

• 
  You have a Bachelor’s degree in administration and/or equivalent experience
• You have at least 3 years of experience in project execution and administrative follow-up or support
• Your analytical and organizational skills are widely recognized in your professional environment as real strengths
• Assertive and with excellent interpersonal skills, you communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proactive and reactive, you can manage multiple files simultaneously in various fields
• You have an eye for detail, and your administrative management is impeccable
• Taking on responsibilities doesn’t scare you. You manage stress, time, and priorities effectively
• You have a good command of English. Knowledge of French/Dutch is an asset
