Main Responsibilities
- Contributes to the significant growth of the brands under their responsibility as well as to the expansion of the products portfolio in Greece and Cyprus
- Develops the marketing plan for assigned products, ensuring optimal execution of strategies and activities to achieve set objectives
- Designs and implements business development strategies tailored to the unique strengths and needs of the designated territory
- Collaborates with leadership to execute strategies that align with business growth objectives, including structuring new deals and enhancing existing business relationships
- Generates and presents business development case proposals, including financial and technical analyses, for management review
- Strengthens the company's market position by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business relationships to drive consistent and rapid sales growth
- Screens market potential by analyzing competitors, identifying target opportunities, and converting leads into clients, ensuring the seamless integration of new business into the organization
- Participates in industry events, including congresses and seminars, to enhance brand visibility and recognition
- Acquires and applies market knowledge by monitoring industry trends, understanding customer drivers, and identifying key industry players and decision-makers
- Performs additional duties as required to support business objectives
- BSc in Life Sciences (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Microbiology, or related fields) is a must
- MBA or MSc in Finance will be considered a plus
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing in the Pharmaceutical Market and Products
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and secure use of IT solutions (IQVIA, CRM software)
- Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in Greek and English, while knowledge of Italian or Spanish would be positively evaluated
- Good commercial understanding with experience in negotiations
- In-depth technical knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry with an established client network
- Ability to design and execute business development strategy to contribute to the strategic direction of the business
- Excellence in establishing and nurturing internal and external relationships combined with a customer-centric approach
- Strong leadership, organizational and presentation skills
- Self-motivation with ability to embrace new challenges
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
