Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Lead who is hands-on, strategic and results-driven to spearhead our marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating Krotos' brand and driving growth through innovative and impactful campaigns. Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Lead who is hands-on, strategic and results-driven to spearhead our marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating Krotos' brand and driving growth through innovative and impactful campaigns. - Drive 100%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
- Achieve a minimum 3:1 return on investment for all marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to meet ambitious growth goals.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and target key customer segments to ensure campaigns resonate with core audiences.
- Design and implement high-ROI campaigns across multiple channels.
- Use customer insights and market trends to drive trial sign-ups, improve conversions, and boost retention.
- Optimize lead generation and nurture strategies using email, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster collaboration across product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and accountability within the team.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, growth metrics, and ROI to leadership.
- Use insights to refine strategies and ensure effective use of marketing budgets.
- Revenue and brand growth
- Define and articulate Krotos' positioning and value proposition to target audiences.
- Build brand awareness through creative campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and maintain quality across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand visibility and reach new audiences.
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably in tech, audio-tech, or media, with team leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in at least one marketing channel, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, growth methodologies, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Salesforce).
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for music and sound.
- Background in sound design, post-production, or creative content creation.
- Established media and press network.
- Experience in startups or running a company.
