Marketing & Communications Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive Marketing and Communication Plans
- Design and execute brand-building strategies, including crafting the brand’s messaging and managing rebranding, when needed.
- Create online and offline creatives aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to identify new communication opportunities and execute agreed plans.
- Build, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies, including content creation, calendar management, performance reporting, and ROI analysis for social media.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns and ensure their effectiveness.
- Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligns with the brand.
- Maintain and manage the editorial calendar, including articles and creative ads.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and monitor marketing expenses.
- Cultivate community relationships and establish key partnerships.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct annual employee and client satisfaction surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Run the company’s press office and manage communication in crisis situations when necessary.
- Plan and manage sponsorships and offline events.
- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing & Communication roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (MSc degree will be considered an asset)
- Proficiency in managing CMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Familiarity with advocacy platforms
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In Design or Illustrator)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Survey Monkey or other similar tools).
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
