We are seeking to hire talented Junior IT Helpdesk Technicians to join a team of highly qualified professionals, in order to strengthen company's ability to deliver, successfully, IT services to large Enterprises.

What you'll do:

• Work in shifts 24x7 at In TTrust NOC
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability
• Incident Management Operations
• Operate and maintain security and backup policies
• Participate in implementation and support of client IT infrastructure
• Participate in client Helpdesk and Support Operations teams
• Install and configure IT infrastructure.
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Very good command of the Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
• Up to 1 year experience in entry-level IT positions and knowledge of one or more of the following technologies will be considered as an asset:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory services
• Linux OS features
• Helpdesk Systems
• Monitoring Systems
