We are seeking to hire talented Junior IT Helpdesk Technicians to join a team of highly qualified professionals, in order to strengthen company's ability to deliver, successfully, IT services to large Enterprises.
What you'll do:
- Work in shifts 24x7 at In TTrust NOC
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability
- Incident Management Operations
- Operate and maintain security and backup policies
- Participate in implementation and support of client IT infrastructure
- Participate in client Helpdesk and Support Operations teams
- Install and configure IT infrastructure.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades
- University degree in Computer Science or related field
- Very good command of the Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
- Up to 1 year experience in entry-level IT positions and knowledge of one or more of the following technologies will be considered as an asset:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory services
- Linux OS features
- Helpdesk Systems
- Monitoring Systems
- Training & Development
Candidates should have:
- Eligibility to work within the EU
- Fluency in Greek
- Willingness to work on-site
