We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior ERP Developer to join our growing ERP development team. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally with those used by municipalities and public sector entities, enjoys diving into complex business logic, and is excited about the opportunity to lead a talented but developing team. You will play a critical role in enhancing our ERP platform, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring seamless integration into our existing architecture.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain features for our ERP system. Understand the existing structure and adapt new functionalities seamlessly into the system.
• Understand and evaluate new business requirements, provide solutions on how they can be incorporated, and ensure alignment with the overall system architecture.
• Lead a small but growing team of developers, consisting of database and frontend experts as well as junior developers.
• Mentor and guide team members in both technical areas and business understanding. Help them to grow their skills in ERP development and integrate better into the project.
• Quickly gain a deep understanding of the complex business logic behind our ERP systems, ensuring you can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with other teams, stakeholders, and third-party systems. Ensure smooth and efficient communication between teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally with ERP or other enterprise software systems.
• Experience in Java and solid knowledge of SQL and database development. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or Vue Js is a plus.
• Ability to think abstractly and break down complex problems into manageable parts.
• Proven ability to absorb complex business requirements quickly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• A natural team leader who can inspire, guide, and elevate the skills of a diverse group of developers. Comfortable in providing mentorship and direction.
