Associate Product Manager

Avis Greece is on the hunt for an exceptional Associate Product Manager who will be part of our New Products & Operations Division, playing a key role in shaping and expanding our innovative product portfolio.
Your Mission:
Your Mission:
- Define Product Vision: Understand market needs and trends to shape and refine the product vision, ensuring it remains relevant and competitive.
- Develop Roadmaps: Assist in creating strategic product roadmaps for new features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends and business impact.
- Monitor Competitors: Keep an eye on competitors’ products and services to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure product requirements align with customer needs.
- Translate Requirements: Help convert business requirements into functional specifications and participate in the product development process.
- Coordinate Design: Oversee the design of product requirements and user experience.
- Support Marketing: Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns highlight the product's unique value propositions and selling points.
- Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and report on the product’s performance, suggesting areas for optimization and new growth opportunities.
- Gather and Analyze Feedback: Create and maintain processes to collect ongoing customer feedback, analyze it, and identify areas for improvement.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing. A master’s degree will be considered an asset.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product development, product management, product marketing, and/or project management.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep enthusiasm for understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present ideas and product concepts clearly and persuasively. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
- Team Collaboration: A strong team player with effective communication, leadership, and business skills. Comfortable managing and engaging multiple stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a talent for making decisions based on data. Basic technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Mindset: Can-do mentality and positive energy in all aspects of work.
- Technology Proficiency: Excellent command of MS-Office applications. Familiarity with product management tools is a plus.
