About the VIE / International Assignment:

• A VIE mission is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.

A DAY IN THE LIFE (YOUR ROLE/ MISSIONS)
As part of the Supply Chain Short Term Planning Team at our production site your responsibilities will be:

• The realization of the plan regarding the availability of packaging materials, consumables and bulk in coordination with the production department
• Management of the packaging material stocks of the assigned area
• Creating the short plan taking into account the availability of resources, packaging materials and bulks
• Call-offs of packaging materials, consumables and, in some cases, raw materials as well as deadline and quantity monitoring
• Plan coordination and optimization of production and manufacturing
• Management of operating orders
• Tracking of daily and monthly results
• Tracking and, if necessary, scheduling rework
• Ensuring the accuracy and updating of data

About you:

• A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or others studies in this field
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP; Apriso (Flex Net) is a an advantage
• You have a high affinity for numbers and a high sense of responsibility and diligence

• You are able to handle a high operational workload and have great organizational skills

• You are business fluent in English
• You have basic knowledge of German or are eager to learn
