About Careloop and the team

Your mission

You will support the team in further expanding and optimising the Careloop platform. This includes, among other things:

• Further development and maintenance of the platform based on Next JS, Type Script and modern frontend technologies such as React, t RPC and Zod.
• Integration and optimisation of third-party services such as Auth0 for user management, Hub Spot for CRM data and Zoom for interview scheduling.
• Implementation of backend functionalities and interfaces, e.g. with Supabase for data storage and upload services.
• Close dialogue with other team members to develop new features and improve existing ones.
• Code reviews and close collaboration with the founders and the development team to continuously improve the architecture.
• Testing API requests and ensuring system integrity using tools such as Postman.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Ideally, you already have 1-3 years of experience in software development, especially with technologies such as Type Script, React and Node.js.
• You are familiar with modern frontend frameworks (Next JS, React) and backend technologies (Node.js, Deno).
• You have experience in the integration of third-party services and APIs, e.g. REST, Graph QL, Auth0 or Zoom.
• You work in a structured and solution-orientated manner, like to think along with others and contribute creative ideas to development.
• You are a team player, a strong communicator and can work independently.
• You are hard-working and your desire to make a difference and achieve results is greater than a 9-5 job.
• You are fluent in German and English.

We try to keep the process streamlined while both eliciting all aspects relevant to us and giving you the opportunity to really get to know who we are and what to expect. We believe that an application process should be used for both parties to manage realistic expectations so that it is clear at the end if it is a match. We don't have any dress code, just be yourself.

Therefore we have developed the first end-to-end technology solution for hospitals and care facilities to recruit, train and integrate international care professionals.
