These are our current challenges and future goals:
As the Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for directly managing and optimizing our paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, and other emerging channels. You’ll use data-driven insights to refine targeting, bidding, and ad creative strategies to improve performance on key metrics like click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). In this role, you’ll be a hands-on expert in execution, continuously iterating to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.

• Execute and Optimize Campaigns: You manage paid social campaigns from start to finish, including ad creation, targeting, and bid adjustments to achieve key performance metrics.
• Analyze and Report Performance: You track and analyze campaign results, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B Testing: You design and run A/B tests for ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Efficient Budget Management: You maximize budget efficiency by reallocating spend toward top-performing ads and optimizing underperforming assets.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Teams: You work with internal teams to align ad assets and ensure paid social efforts support broader marketing goals.
