Senior Maintenance Engineer (f/m/d)

The position will be located in Heidelberg, Germany and you will report to the Maintenance Teamleader.

Support plants in major shutdown preparation and execution, including on-site support
-
Support plants in on-site troubleshooting
-
Support plants in inspections and maintenance of major equipment: crushers, mills, kilns, coolers, filters, material handling
-
Participate in major projects: equipment and supplier selection, installation and commissioning
-
Develop preventive maintenance plan for heavy equipment, crushers, mills, kilns
-
Participate at risk assessment to identify potential hazards associated with maintenance activities
-
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulation
-
Ensure the implementation of Maintenance Improvement Project and POM
-
Establish training programs for maintenance team of the plants
-
Participate at RCFA meetings and develop action plan to prevent recurrence
-
Participate and implement the equipment online condition monitoring program
-
Development and implementation of maintenance guidelines and standards
-
Participate at plants maintenance team coaching and knowledge sharing
-
Advise plants on critical spare parts management
-
Support the procurement department for suppliers technical evaluation and selection
-
University or college degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 10 years of operation and maintenance experience
-
Good maintenance knowledge in practical repair of mills, kilns, coolers, filters
-
Problem solving skills
-
Capability to read and interpret technical drawings
-
Good computer skills (MS office)
-
Auto Cad knowledge
-
Good English language skills, French or Russian language would be an advantage
-
Vibration analysis CAT I certification, CAT II would be an advantage
-
High social competencies and intercultural sensitivity
-
Proven track record in previous position
-
Willingness to extensive travel abroad
-
