Do you have an eye for the big picture and never lose sight of the details? Then you shouldn't miss this opportunity! As a Sales Coordinator, you are an integral part of our sales team and support your team every day in achieving our common goals - true to the motto “Teamwork makes the dream work”
Your most important tasks will include
- As a team player, you will support the team with your administrative skills in day-to-day office tasks such as managing office supplies, auditing and managing invoices, month-end closing, maintaining the “checkbook” & creating contracts.
- Entering and maintaining customer information via our Opera Sales & Catering sales system.
- You support the supervision and development of trainees and interns in Sales.
- Support in the planning of sales trips, trade fair projects, customer appointments & other sales activities.
- Supporting the sales managers in looking after existing customers and acquiring new customers
- Planning and creating social media content, print materials and digital advertising measures in consultation with the team.
- You are looking for a career in sales and have completed training in the hotel industry or have a degree.
- You are characterized by your communicative nature and feel comfortable in both German and English.
- Initial experience in dealing with Opera Sales & Catering and social media platforms is a plus.
