Your responsibilities include: Boosting and sustaining sales involves nurturing our current customer relationships while also bringing in new clients.


Your tasks

• You prepare offers by closely working with the internal sales team and the application department for paper machine clothing, covers, mechanical roll services and Yankee cylinders services.
• The development and presentation of technological and commercial solutions in collaboration with clients are also part of your duties.
• You will handle customer complaints in alliance with the respective product managers and laboratories.
• Maintaining databases and information systems as well as monitoring and supporting order processing alongside the back office.
• You always keep an eye on the market, analyse and evaluate our competitors, prepare corresponding annual budgets and do its implementation.
• Additionally, you are responsible for technical issues, including:
  • Providing necessary customer support doing measurements, troubleshooting, and service data interpretations.
  • Preparing visit reports and survey reports.
• Cross divisional cooperation with other departments of Voith Paper.

Your Profile

• Education in a technical field, preferable a studies degree, with professional experience in paper making.
• Good knowledge in German and English (written and spoken).
• Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office.
• Class B driving licence (motor vehicle) is required.
• Proactive, independent and responsible way of working as well as sociability and willingness to travel (50 - 80%).
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation and a high degree of self-motivation.
