About Off Block
Off Block is a modern, user-centric Saa S platform designed for airlines, crews, and ground staff. Since our inception in 2018, we’ve grown quickly, with a strong team committed to “elevating aviation.” We’re headquartered in Crailsheim, Germany, but our team works remotely and collaborates globally.
To keep pace with our growth and accelerate feature releases, we’re looking for a Product Manager to drive product development, streamline our processes, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional value to our users.
Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Off Block, you will:
- Lead and Shape Product Development: Define and prioritize the roadmap for Off Block, focusing on features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our design, development, and customer support teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both business and user needs.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Maintain regular communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and adjust the product strategy.
- Optimize Workflows: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve product delivery timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of developers, designers, and analysts to bring out their best and keep everyone aligned on product goals.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong Experience in Software Development: Preferably with a background as a software developer, giving you an excellent understanding of the development process and technical requirements.
- Product Management Expertise: Proven experience managing and driving product development in a tech-focused environment.
- Aviation Industry Knowledge (a Plus): Familiarity with the aviation sector would be a huge advantage in understanding our client’s unique needs.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and German: Fluent communication in English and German is essential.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to navigate complex challenges, think critically, and make data-driven decisions.
