Product Manager - Liquid Handling Automation (m/f/d)

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 presence days in our office in Stuttgart, Germany per week. The position also involves approximately 20% travel, both nationally and internationally.
Your mission: What you’ll do
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of our products, from concept to launch and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with our vision and strategy in the Liquid Handling Automation sector
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with sales, FAS, FSE, R&D, and other teams to align priorities and optimize the product care backlog
- Product Development: Provide tactical support to agile product development teams, helping them stay on track with time and budget constraints
- Sales and Applications Support: Train and support the sales and applications teams to foster market share growth and revenue expansion
- Portfolio Analysis: Contribute to portfolio growth through performance analysis and strategic planning
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (minimum), with a preference for advanced degrees
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the life sciences industry (product management, sales, marketing, or applications). Experience in Liquid Handling Automation is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and customer-centric approach. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in international settings is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
