Mat Man System Administrator

As a Mat Man System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Mat Man system, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with our client and internal teams to provide support and implement system enhancements.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the IT and engineering teams to develop and implement system improvements.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide support to users, resolving system-related issues promptly and efficiently
