Marketing Associate (m/f/d)
“Free of Chick Culling” is the promise of Respeggt, based in the Netherlands and Germany.
We help egg producers end the culling of millions of chicks using Respeggt technology to determine the gender of hatching eggs. We also set frame works for supply chains toward the “Free of Chick Culling” guarantee and verify the use of the Respeggt label “Free of Chick Culling".
We are an international, highly motivated team with diverse expertise in agriculture, business management and IT working to end the culling of male chicks with a wealth of experience in the poultry industry and strong partners.
Your role with us:
- Participation in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, ad placement and social media (including Linked In), coordination of trade fair appearances and creation of advertising material
- Further development of our social media strategy
- Maintaining the online presence by updating our website and social media channels with relevant content
- Cooperating with partners and developing joint campaigns
- Writing newsletters via our CRM system Hubspot
- Your personality: Empathic team player with strong people and communication skills, as well as the ability to persuade and take responsibility
- A degree or training in the field of media studies, marketing and communication or a comparable qualification, at least 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Enjoy working with media and digital tools (e.g. AI, social media)
- Interest in the topic of agriculture and ending ‘Chick Culling’
- Willingness to travel, especially within other European countries
- Confident use of MS Office
- Fluent in German and English (Dutch additionally beneficial)
- Driving license class B
- A permanent full-time position
