Job description:
Recruitment
· Creating and posting advertisements and job ads
· Keeping the website careers page up-to-date
· Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels
· Contacting person for agencies and recruitment channels
· Arranging interviews; contacting the candidates and interviewers
· Making employment offers, employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction
· Making overview of recruitment data
Corporate Culture:
· Understand both Chinese and Germany cultures, making suggestions on communication, training, and other culture aspects that may impact the success of the business operation.
· Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees
· Conducts interviews to follow up on cultural initiatives
· Communicates the company’s culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
· Working closely with HR colleagues on HQ projects (eg: Talent promotion, Talent mapping)
HR administration
· Relocation assistance for expat employees includes contacting the insurance company, visa processing, and other administrative work
· Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks
· Handle some issues that start-up companies will face
You are:
· Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
· HR related background are strongly preferred
· An experienced, professional, enthusiastic and reliable person.
· Good excel and (HR) system skill
· Has an eye for detail and works accurately.
· You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different.
· You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures.
· Strong communication skills in English, German and Chinese, both oral and written.
