• 10+ years of experience in B2B Saa S sales or account management, with a proven track record of leadership and success in a startup or fast-growth environment.
• Experience in the automotive or hardware (H/W) industry.
• Strong people management experience, focusing on coaching, developing, and leading teams through growth and change.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate challenges with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Open to international travel with no restrictions.
• Fluent in English, as it is the primary language used.

• Familiarity with the digital product design process.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Unity, or other UI/UX tools.
