Collaborate with leadership team and departmental leaders to provide financial guidance and support.
Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise to drive successful outcomes.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with IQM’s strategic goals.
Monitor & report financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Provide actionable insights through financial data analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
Cost Control: Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support decision-making for business strategies, investments, and projects.
Support audit processes and contribute to maintaining strong financial governance practices.
Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes.
Champion automation and digitalization initiatives in financial reporting and controlling.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. •
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
Strong understanding of industry trends, business models, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
