ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full commitment to follow and implement it’s functions within the framework of the commercial sector policies and approved sales management in line with the approved business behaviors.
- Commitment to implement a sales credit policy.
- Commitment to implement and wear uniforms if any and to preserve the company’s assets (private car, refrigerators, glass “cash insurance/safety) and manage it in accordance with company policy.
- Attend the daily sales meeting and make sure you fully understand the objectives and start the market visits.
- Total sales by target and revenue and achieving 50% or more of individual packages of total sales.
- Implement successful sales visits steps while adhering to the daily itinerary to achieve the selling objectives of sizes and items.
- Customers deliver the mechanized invoice while adhering to the company prices, programs, and discounts as well as supply policies (immediate collection or term customers /rep) in order to maintain the company funds and increase the profitability if its customers.
- Follow the schedule and sequence of visits listed on tablet.
- Promoting and introducing customers to discounts and daily programs while considering the photo shooting of the refrigerator.
- Apply the company’s marketing plan within the sales outlets that will raise awareness of new products and offers in addition to promoting all the company’s products.
- Follow up the status of the company’s assets located in the sales outlets to ensure the safety of its performance and the cleanliness of its structure (outside and internally) in accordance with the company’s policy in addition to continuing its maintenance (if needed) with the refrigeration department to ensure the effectiveness and appearance of the company’s assets in the sales outlets

Bachelor of Commerce - Recent graduation or up two years of experience in sales and in selling in the FMCG industry (Fast -moving consumers goods)
- FMCG Background.
- Excellent Sales and customer service skills.
- You’ll have a buddy who will introduce you to the business, your daily routines during your onboarding period.
