Funciones del Puesto
Provide 3rd level support to users for troubles involving Vo IP services, routers, firewalls, and SD WAN platforms.
Coordinate and follow up on network repairs and dispatch the appropriate vendor / specialist depending on the type of issue.

Requisitos del Puesto
ENGLISH LEVEL B2-C1
Minimum 3 years’ experience in NOC or customer support environment
1-3 years’ experience on Fortinet, Meraki Hardware/Software, Solar Wind or Juniper
Working knowledge of the 7 layers of the OSI model
Working knowledge of Fiber/DS3/DS1 technologies
