At the newly established Roche Global Digital Hub in Budapest, we drive digital capabilities forward. Our mission is to support Roche's global initiatives, enhancing Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

About the Position
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will oversee the administration and operation of the Roche Diabetes Care global marketing automation platform. You will educate and support internal teams and stakeholders, maintain processes and documentation, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Project and product management to support global marketing strategy.
• Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring effective utilization and support.
• Develop and manage contextual transactional emails, supporting engagements.
• Support affiliate marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing organizations to provide strategic solutions.
• Implement and optimize marketing automation programs.
• Design and document automation processes for Marketing Cloud and Braze.
• Create and maintain email best practice templates.
• Track and report on email campaigns to drive improvements.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of professional email marketing experience, preferably globally.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for audience creation and campaign automation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic SQL for email marketing; AMPscript preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service/Sales Cloud.
• Proven ability to plan demand-generating campaigns.
• Innovative mindset with an awareness of the latest marketing trends.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Preferred experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
