- Proceso de inducción de pasantías: Da la bienvenida a los nuevos talentos con sesiones informativas sobre beneficios y la cultura de la empresa. ¡Haz que su primer día sea inolvidable!
- Gestión de archivos: Mantén el orden y la accesibilidad de los documentos de la empresa. Apóyanos en la creación de expedientes para nuestros colaboradores.
- Coordinación de Onboarding: Organiza y coordina las reuniones semanales o mensuales necesarias para los nuevos ingresos en Costa Rica. ¡Tu planificación será clave para el éxito!
- Soporte a People Services: Brinda excelente atención al cliente y resuelve sus solicitudes, como la creación de cartas a solicitud.
- Colaboración en beneficios: Apoya en la organización de chequeos médicos anuales, campañas de vacunación y otros beneficios. ¡Tu contribución mejorará la salud y el bienestar de todos!
- Actividades de engagement: Participa en la creación y ejecución de actividades que fomenten el compromiso y la diversión en la empresa.
- Actualización de políticas: Contribuye en la creación y actualización de políticas, lineamientos y artículos para Costa Rica, asegurando que estén siempre al día.
- Soporte en auditorías: Proporciona la información necesaria para las auditorías de Recursos Humanos en Costa Rica y Panamá. ¡Tu atención al detalle será fundamental!
- Estudiante activo de Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ingenieria Imdustrial o carreras relacionadas.
- Interes en área, procesos e intereacciones del departamento de Recursos Humanos.
- Nivel de inglés Avanzado (capacidad de traducir, conversar y leer documentos)
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de conflictos y capacidad de análisis.
- Grandes habilidades en servicio al cliente y comunicacion activa.
- Conocimientos intermedio de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, formulas, gráficos, etc.)
- Conocimientos intermedio de otras herramientas de Microsoft Office (word, power point, etc).
- Disponibilidad de asistir de lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm.
