Job Description
We are looking an experienced graphic designer to join our brand Team in our Costa Rica office and help us to create and produce well branded and technically precisely produced advertising assets for print, digital, social, CRM and other channels.
- Create and adapt advertising campaigns following client brief.
- Review and evaluate creative work and provide brand design and creative feedback.
- Adapt brand campaigns for multiple print media channels including all POS materials.
- Adapt brand campaigns for multiple digital media channers (DOOH, digital banners, social media assets, online videos).
- Exhibit and apply great graphic design fundamentals: composition, layout, typography.
- Conduct brand imagery search, selection and photo editing. AI knowledge is a plus.
- Work alongside brand team, marketing teams and other stakeholders.
- Confidently present, explain and justify creative choices and direction
- An online portfolio or demo reel presentation is required.
- English Intermediate to advance
- Have a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, or equivalent field experience.
- Strong experience with: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, In Design.
- Must know technical specs related to publishing, print, digital design, and media.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong time management skills.
- Passionate about details; a problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with a big number of technical design work – adaptation and versioning.
- Experience working with global brands.
- Nice to have: HTML coding, Google Wed Designer, Adobe Animate. AI knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₡1,400,000.00 - ₡1,500,000.00 per month
