• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple tables to generate insights and build dashboards for business users.
• Design, modify, and improve existing data structures, tables, and dashboards to ensure efficient and effective reporting.
• Migrate data between systems and ensure smooth transitions in data management and processes.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop ad-hoc reports or projects to support business decisions.
• Coordinate the implementation and update data quality standards and rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
• Perform data triage to identify, prioritize and address data quality issues within the data governance processes.
• Apply Project Management principles (PMI, Agile) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within scope.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and help standardize best practices across teams.
• Provide basic training to end users on how to manage data via Power BI, SQL, Databricks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI for building visual dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.

• Familiarity with Databricks or experience working in cloud-based data platforms.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis, SQL, Power BI, or similar areas.
• Knowledge of Project Management frameworks (PMI or Agile) and experience in applying them in day-to-day tasks.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar task management and collaboration tools.
• Experience in data migration projects and working with large relational databases.

• Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical users to translate business needs into actionable data insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Interact with the respective team, reporting to his/her team lead and manager.
• Receive instructions and seek clarification, if required.
