Position Summary:
Credit admin assistant role serves as a support to the credit department. Credit admin assistant must prepare with upmost accuracy application packages for analyst review.
Some of the typical responsibilities involved in credit admin assistant include:
- Answer credit related phone calls/emails
- Process deals submitted via email
- Enter application into system
- Pull credit report for analyst
- Communicate effectively with dealerships to obtain missing information
- Call haul/credit reference complete form for analyst
- Advise dealership if submitted items do not qualify for processing
- Book out collateral via NADA
- If fico above cutoff request, clear to send to analyst
- Package information to analyst for decisioning of application
- Pulling Safer, SOS, and Paynet
- Adverse Letters
- Maintaining daily submission log
