Funciones del Puesto
 Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets of existing suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers according to company operating procedure.
Execute all available sources to contact international and local suppliers in order to reach good services and on time deliveries.
Be in charge of inventories and warehouse management
Support other departments to provide necessary requirements and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
Monitor and advise on any issue which presents risk or opportunity to the organization in regards of procurement topics.
 Review cost Buyerand quality of actual suppliers and search for better options if required.
 Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
 Learn and know about production and general company operations to understand technical requirements and assure successfully purchases.


Requisitos del Puesto
 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, administration, procurement or commerce.
 Languages: Spanish and English.
2 years or more in similar positions.
Proven experience in procurement / purchasing departments.
 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.
 Experience in industrial companies will be a plus.
