Sobre el Puesto
Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica.
Buscamos auxiliar de proveeduría con un buen manejo de trabajo bajo presión, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo, excelente comunicación y organización. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
Funciones
- Recepción de proveedores.
- Verificar calidad de productos.
- Rotación de productos.
- Archivar y organizar documentos físicos y digitales, tales como reportes, formularios, facturas, correos electrónicos, entre otros.
- Gestionar y actualizar la documentación de proveedores conforme a los requisitos establecidos por los procesos de auditoría.
- Elaborar reportes internos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en el puesto: mínimo 2 años.
- Técnico en administración de empresas o carrera afín.
- Conocimiento en MS Office.
- Carnet de manipulación de alimentos. Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
