We are searching for a hard-working and ambitious Accounts Payable Analyst (GRIR - Temp 6 months) to join our extraordinary team in Costa Rica. This role is uniquely positioned to contribute to our expanding operations and growing success. Key responsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient financial and administrative operations.
• Process and troubleshoot GRIR variances/issues to ensure all invoices are processed for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
• Perform all tasks related to the GR/IR Process, including reviewing GR/IR accounts, requesting copies of invoices or statements from vendors, and correcting invoice posting errors with flawless quality.
• Analyze and follow up on outstanding items to avoid overdue items, communicating any issues that could affect payment processes.
• Investigate and initiate timely queries with vendors as needed.
• Report blocking issues to the AP Senior and Supervisor.
• Process and review vendor inquiries about invoice payment status.
• Develop effective working relationships with internal departments and vendors, understanding the urgency and impact on both vendors and the corporation.

Key requirements:

• Experience with the Accounts Payable cycle.
• Technical High School degree in accounting or an advanced bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of GR/IR Reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in data entry.
• Highly preferred experience with ERP (SAP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and advanced Excel is a plus.
• Analytical approach to successfully implement efficient solutions.
