ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a People Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning HR practices with business goals, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to implement a top-tier HR partnership approach. Your responsibilities will include leading HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, ensuring team members are engaged, and enhancing the company’s HR brand within the local IT - community. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee concerns, and representing the company at professional events.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years as an HR BP or People Partner in international companies;
- 3+ years in the IT industry;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations in Colombia and Argentina;
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to deliver full-cycle HR projects;
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and organizing HR events;
- Familiarity with cross-functional, cross-cultural team dynamics;
- In-depth understanding of local labor laws;

Experience managing sensitive and confidential information;
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive HR best practices to support performance and growth;
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters;
- Lead HR projects, performance reviews, and engagement surveys;
- Build retention strategies and foster team collaboration;
- Promote company culture and employer branding efforts locally;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and represent the company at industry events;
- Respond to organizational changes and employee needs by creating effective solutions for complaints and requests;
