Position Overview: The perfect candidate for this role is an experienced marketing copywriter who loves coaching and helping owners of small businesses to create a lifestyle of freedom through a business that thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing channels, including websites, emails, social media, and more.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and messaging needs.
Coach clients on best practices in copywriting, helping them refine and enhance their own content.
Conduct workshops and group coaching sessions to improve clients' writing skills.
Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all client communications.
Stay informed about the latest trends in copywriting and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.
Strong understanding of small B2B service businesses ($10K to $1M per month).
Experience in writing copy for a C-level audience.
Skilled in finding the right tone for a brand's voice.
Strategies for creating content on scale.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse marketing projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach and mentor clients in developing their ability to write marketing copy.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to copywriting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bonus: Experience conducting workshops or training sessions.
Bonus: Residing in or near Medellin, Colombia.
Salary:
$500 USD per workshop 10 hours ($50 per hour)
10 - 30h per week freelance basis.
$2000 - 8000 USD per month.
