Ser el experto médico y contacto médico externo, actuando como aliado estratégico para el negocio con los stakeholders internos y externos para lograr los objetivos del negocio a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de los Medical Plans (MP) Asegurar enfoque, alineación y cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de GSK en Medical Governance y actividades no promocionales.


Responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar e implementar planes médicos (MP) en colaboración con el Respiratory Medical Head, alineados con las estrategias locales y los objetivos de negocio de la franquicia.
• Establecer relaciones con autoridades de salud, agencias regulatorias y expertos externos, para promover el conocimiento de enfermedades y el desarrollo de terapias efectivas.
• Brindar asesoría a áreas comerciales y de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento del Código de Prácticas en actividades promocionales e interacciones con clientes.
• Colaborar en la planificación estratégica y el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, trabajando estrechamente con el área comercial y otros equipos relevantes.
• Revisar y aprobar materiales promocionales y actividades, garantizando su alineación con las políticas corporativas y las normativas locales.
• Desarrollar entrenamientos médicos y científicos para la fuerza de ventas y otras áreas de la compañía, apoyando también las políticas de farmacovigilancia

Por que tú?
Cualificaciones:

• Profesional universitario en área de medicina o a fines.
• Postgrado en epidemiologia, o postgrado clínico en Medicina interna, Alergología, Neumología, Inmunología, otorrinolaringología, y /o Marketing Farmacéutico, o áreas afines.
• Médico con 5 años de experiencia en la práctica clínica de su especialidad, y/o más de 3 años en cargos similares en la industria farmacéutica.
• Manejo de paquete Microsoft Office en forma avanzado para analisis de datos
• Ingles Avanzado
