A Day in the Life

The Customer Contract Coordinator is a key role focused on pricing maintenance, contract management, and sales performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving pricing discrepancies, ensuring the creation and maintenance of accurate sales contracts, and managing price updates to align with company policies and market conditions. The position is based in Colombia, operating in a remote model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts
• Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Examine estimate of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare bid, process specification, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyses data and maintains historical information

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• High school degree

• Fluent in English
• One year of experience working with data processing, data entry, customer service, logistics, accounts payable or related areas to back office
• Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• High proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Vendavo, Business Objects, and SAP is advantageous
