Senior/Staff Level Developer

We are looking for senior and staff-level developers based in Colombia with strong technical expertise across Full Stack Development, Data Science/Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Machine Learning and AI (LLMs).
Position Overview: As a Senior/Staff Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling our AI platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions, lead projects, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop & Architect: Design and develop full-stack solutions, data architectures, or AI/ML models that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
● Collaborate: Work alongside data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ideate, design, and implement software solutions.
● Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and system design.
● End-to-End Development: Manage the entire software lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and maintenance.
● Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Senior-level experience in Full Stack Development, Data Science/Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Machine Learning/AI.
● Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience with LLMs using Open AI GPT 4/4o/o1, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, or open-source models like LLa Ma. Great understanding of how to build RAG systems, agent frameworks, and LLM chains.
Technical Skills:
● Full Stack: Proficiency in front-end and back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script, Node.js, React).
● Data Engineering/Science: Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data modeling.
● Solution Architecture: Proven experience designing and implementing complex architectures for scalable applications.
● AI/ML: Strong experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
● Language: Bilingual in English B2
● Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
● Remote Work Experience: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-management skills.
