Now we're looking for a B2B Sales Team Leader that will join our team in LATAM and will develop our Couriers business vertical. If you have relevant experience in B2B sales and your English is fluent, we're waiting for your application!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the B2B sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance.
- Train and develop the sales team.
- Market research on growth topics for in Drive.Couriers;
- Identification of key Biz Dev opportunities for potential B2B customers;
- Project management for business development strategies for in Drive.Couriers;
- Close cooperation with other departments: marketing, analytics, legal, finance etc.
- Ensure compliance and budget management.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B business development;
- Can-do attitude and extreme level of ownership;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Excellent team player - you have succeeded in cross-functional environment ;
- Natural leader - you can grow and develop your team and peers;
- Knowledge of mobile apps digital metrics;
- Data-driven and logical approach evangelist - zero tolerance for unproved ego-driven solutions;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Willingness to travel (business trips assumed).
