Focus on supply planning, key communication point between Sales/CS team, production ops and EMS partners, manage demand and planning activities with related teams to fulfill customer demands, ensure on time delivery, work to improve delivery lead time and inventory turnover rate.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take charge of general/allocated company products planning and manage commitments
• Review production forecast for EMS partners, and analyze production resources, such as capacity, materials procurement status, etc…
• Ensure EMS partners could get enough resource ready in time.
• Review current customer orders, prepare related material/product requirement plan and production schedule timely, communicate with EMS partner for production arrangement and get commitment on time, and as accurate as possible, based on customer orders, forecast and available material, operation capacity; place purchasing order to EMS.
• Verify EMS partner delivery invoices and coordinate exact delivery arrangement destination and date.
• Co-work with customer service to update commitment to customer orders, and confirm shipment with stock on hand, and follow up the on time delivery status, highlight delivery risk and delay; deal with urgent case or urgent customer demands;
• Co-work with quality & logistics team to deal with quality issues, RMA (return material authorization) related cases.
• Control inventory level and reduce E&O (excess and obsolete) inventories.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years related experience in a fast changing/flexible planning, PMC, and production management environment
• Basic knowledge of forecasting & planning tools
• Result-oriented, initiative & good team work
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate both internally and externally
• Knowledge of MRPII / ERP systems (SAP preferred) & Microsoft Excel
• Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
• BS Degree or college-educated with equivalent experience in supply chain management
• Must have 2 years or above experience in planning management
