As a Spa Reception, we rely on you to:
Able to receive guests with warm and professional service attitude.

Confirm the Spa treatment reservation for guests, make sure the reservation is valid and arrange physiotherapists with relevant skills for guests.

Be able to fully understand the product knowledge and provide relevant suggestions to customers according to their needs.

Responsible for checking and settling customer bills, and ensure the accuracy of accounts.

We are looking for someone who:
College degree or above; At least 1 year working experience in front desk.

Work seriously, responsible.

Standard Mandarin, good English communication skills, good image and temperament.

Proficient in office software.
