Work you'll do
利用Smart BI工具进行数据挖掘、分析和报告撰写。
设计和实施数据可视化仪表板，帮助业务用户理解数据并做出基于信息的决策。
定期监控和评估业务关键指标，及时向管理层报告异常和趋势。
与业务部门合作，理解分析需求，提供定制化的数据分析解决方案。
维护和优化数据模型，确保数据质量和一致性。
进行用户培训，提升团队对Smart BI工具的使用效率和数据分析能力。
跟踪最新的BI技术和市场趋势，为公司的BI战略提供建议。
We are looking for someone with
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、统计学、信息管理或相关专业。
至少3年以上的Smart BI工具使用经验，熟练掌握如Tableau、Power BI、Qlik View等BI工具。
精通SQL和数据库操作，有数据仓库设计和ETL经验者优先。
强大的数据分析能力，能够处理和分析大型数据集。
出色的数据可视化技能，能够创建直观且易于理解的数据展示。
良好的沟通技巧，能够将复杂的数据分析结果转化为对业务用户有价值的建议。
具备团队合作精神，能够在跨部门环境中有效工作。
自我驱动，能够独立解决问题，并能适应快节奏的工作环境。
