The Opportunity: As the first team member in Asia, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in the APAC region. Based in Shanghai, you’ll lead client implementations, build meaningful client relationships, and help establish our presence in this vibrant market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, is driven to make a real impact, and wants to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:

• Drive Client Implementations: Lead APAC clients through Easy4Pro onboarding, delivering hands-on support, training, and guidance to ensure they fully leverage our platform.
• Champion Client Success: Be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
• Market Analysis & Insight: Dive into the APAC market, identifying trends and providing valuable feedback to shape our product fit for the region.
• Collaborate & Support: Work closely with the Implementation Manager and Customer Success Agents, creating impactful onboarding materials and supporting key projects to enhance the client experience.

What You Bring:

• Experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally with a background in B2B digital tools.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Native Chinese; additional languages are a bonus.
• Proactive, Organized, and Client-Centric: You’re a self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings, loves problem-solving, and excels at building client relationships.
• Located in Shanghai with a willingness to travel across Asia as needed.
